ARTICLE 213
●Governor of an Indian state draws ordinance making power from Article 213 of the Constitution of India.

●This Article empowers the Governor to promulgate Ordinance, during the recess of the legislature, if circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action.

Bill and keep (B&K or BAK)
●Bill & keep also known as net payment zero, is a pricing arrangement for the interconnection of two telecommunications networks under which the reciprocal call termination charge is zero.
●That is, each network agrees to terminate calls from the other network at no charge.
●A termination charge was paid to the operator on whose network the call terminated by the originating network under Interconnection Usage Charges(IUC).
●The Bill and keep regime by the TRAI has replaced IUC.

●Six Companies To Build Over 6000 Houses In 6 Cities Using State-of-the-art Construction Tech In Shortest Time-frame.
●Objective: To identify and mainstream a basket of innovative construction technologies from across the globe for the housing construction sector that is sustainable, eco-friendly, and disaster-resilient.
●As a part of GHTC- India, six Light House Projects (LHP) consisting of about 1,000 houses each with physical & social infrastructure facilities is being constructed.
●It is across six cities across the country namely Indore, Rajkot, Chennai, Ranchi, Agartala, and Lucknow.

Sabari River
●Sabari River is one of the main tributaries of Godavari.
● It originates from the western slopes of the Eastern Ghats in Odisha state from Sinkaram hill ranges.
●It is also known as the Kolab river in Odisha.
●It forms the common boundary between Chhattisgarh and Odisha states and later enters into Andhra Pradesh to merge with River Godavari.

Digital Payments Index
●The Reserve Bank of India released a Digital Payments Index to measure the growth in cashless transactions in India.
●The index comprises five broad parameters with varying weights to measure the penetration of digital payments.
●The five key parameters include:
1.Payment enablers (25%).
2.Payment infrastructure—demand-side factors (10%).
3.Payment infrastructure—supply-side factors (15%).
4.Payment performance (45%).
5.Consumer centricity (5%).
●These factors include multiple sub-parameters that would help the regulator conduct its study into the digital payment ecosystem.
