Delimitation commission
●Boundary commission of India is a commission established by the Government of India under the provisions of the Delimitation Commission Act.
● The main task of the commission is redrawing the boundaries of the various assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies based on a recent census.
●Under Article 82 of the Constitution, the Parliament by law enacts a Delimitation Act after every census.
●The Delimitation Commission in India is a high power body whose orders have the force of law and cannot be called in question before any court. 

Primary Healthcare Center (PHC)
●PHC is the basic structural and functional unit of the public health services in developing countries.
●PHCs were established to provide accessible, affordable & available primary health care to people, in accordance with the Alma Ata Declaration of 1978 by the WHO.
●Each PHC has five or six sub-centres staffed by health workers for outreach services such as immunization, basic curative care services, & maternal and child health services, preventive services. 

S R Bommai case
●The verdict concluded that the power of the President to dismiss a State government is not absolute.
●The verdict said the President should exercise the power only after his proclamation (imposing his/her rule) is approved by both Houses of Parliament. 
●The case put an end to the arbitrary dismissal of State governments by a hostile Central government.
●The verdict also categorically ruled that the floor of the Assembly is the only forum that should test the majority of the government of the day, and not the subjective opinion of the Governor, who is often referred to as the agent of the Central government.

Guru Tegh Bahadur
●Guru Teg Bahadur was the ninth of ten Gurus of the Sikh religion.
●He was born at Amritsar in 1621 and was the youngest son of Guru Hargobind. His term as Guru ran from 1665 to 1675.
●One hundred and fifteen of his hymns are in Guru Granth Sahib. 
●He taught liberation from attachment, fear and dependence.
●Aurangzeb beheaded Guru Tegh Bahadur on 24 November 1675, in front of a massive crowd.
